Subscription Details: 

All our packages operate on a month-to-month basis. However, on all packages, we require you to stay with us for the first 12 months, if you opt for our annual or 6-month package paid in advance, you’ll skip the 12-month commitment(email us at admin@adgenta.co.za to enquire out about this). We’re in this together!

Ownership: 

When it comes to domains, we believe in giving you the keys to the kingdom. Once registered, the domain belongs 100% to you – it’s your digital real estate to own and cherish.

Build Period: 

We’re speedy gonzales when it comes to website development, typically getting your site up and running in 7-10 business days. However, timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or if you’re eyeing a particularly fancy plan.

Payments: 

To keep things smooth sailing, all payments are securely processed through our payment gateway. Your card information is as safe as a vault – encrypted and inaccessible to us.

Project Portfolio: 

We’re proud of the work we do and love to show it off! Your project may find its way into our illustrious portfolio, so get ready for your digital debut.

Revisions: 

We’re all about bringing your vision to life, which is why we offer unlimited revisions during the build period. Even after, you can still request revisions – just keep in mind, additional charges may apply. We’re here to make your website dreams a reality, no matter the timeline!

Website Ownership: 

After the initial 12-month period, you will have full ownership of the website, including all its contents and assets.

Third-Party Services: 

Occasionally, we may utilize third-party services or plugins to enhance your website’s functionality. While we strive to ensure reliability and security, we cannot be held responsible for any issues or downtime caused by third-party providers.

Data Privacy: 

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information provided to us during the website development process will be kept confidential and used solely for completing your project.

Termination of Services: 

Should you wish to terminate your subscription, simply notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the end of your billing cycle. Any outstanding fees will be settled accordingly. If within the 12 months you can opt to pause your plan by emailing us, this will keep your emails and website running and you will be billed accordingly the next month(inclusive of the month paused).

Limitation of Liability: 

While we strive to provide top-notch services, we cannot guarantee the success or profitability of your website. We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
